Welcome to the new age at the Sarasota Family YMCA. We are much more than just a gym. Our facilities have state-of-the-art equipment and the latest craze in exercise classes, while offering so much more for our community.

Parents take advantage of our free childcare services while they workout. Teens and school age children always have something to enjoy at our teen centers, sports programs, or summer camps.

Our personal trainers are all trained and certified to assist members with all of their fitness needs. A registered dietitian is on staff to offer a variety of free programs to help you with nutrition and weight management.

We have a first-class aquatics center, newly opened Josephine Lofino Splash Park and a water playground and slide area at the Selby Aquatics Center.

Our gymnastics program is nationally known and our adult sports leagues, including basketball and racquetball are available at several locations within two counties.
