Aqua Natal
Aqua Natal prepares you for birth by keeping you fit, alleviating the discomforts of pregnancy, and equipping you with tools you can use for relaxation in labor and birth. Feel a closer connection to your baby as you relax and experience the warm water environment and the release from gravity.
Classes are held Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 9:30 - 10:30 am.
