Young children hoping to follow in the steps of Olympic gymnasts have a strong gymnastics program to learn from with the Sarasota Family YMCA.
Our programs train all ages and levels of children from beginner to advanced. Students will learn basic movement and gymnastics skills that will eventually build into advanced skills.
The gymnastic department offers a variety of programs that range from parent and child movement classes to school-age recreational gymnastics classes. For current and future gymnastic stars, we have a competitive gymnastics team, performance gymnastics team, and all-star cheerleading team.
