Premium Estate Liquidators

Premium Estate Liquidators (PEL) offers estate and household sales services to individuals and professionals in our community. Run entirely by a team of over 40 volunteers PEL is a Limited Liability entity of the YMCA Foundation. Sales can be conducted on-site or at our 3,000 sq.ft. Airport Mall facility. Individuals who engage PEL's services can either donate entirely for tax deduction or consign their sales for a 30% fee.

Once the contract is signed, we handle all the details: working with appraisors, advertising, pricing, and staging the sales and leave the premises broom clean.
