Full Time Behavior Coach-Youth Shelter
Works on a youth-care team to address the safety, supervision, instruction, practical care, behavior modification, and role modeling for residents. Assists with implementation of service plans. Helps to create a residential environment that ensures public safety while motivating residents to excel behaviorally, academically, socially, and physically.
Ability to deal with potentially aggressive, troubled youth. Ability to handle potential crisis situations in a calm, yet authoritative manner. Willingness to participate with residents in all activities. Must possess a valid Florida driver's license. Experience working with at-risk youth preferred.
Minimum high school graduate or equivalent.
