Contribute through an estate sale
Premium Estate Liquidators (PEL) offers estate and household sales services to individuals and professionals in our community. Run entirely by a team of over 40 volunteers, PEL is a Limited Liability subsidiary of the YMCA Foundation.
Sales can be conducted on-site (in the residence) or at our 3,000 sq.ft. Airport Mall facility. Individuals who engage PEL's services can either donate entirely for a tax deduction or consign their sales for a 40% fee.
Once the contract is signed, we handle all the details: working with appraisers, advertising, pricing and staging the sales, and leaving the premises broom clean. Our client references include: Northern Trust Bank; Williams Parker Harrison Dietz & Getzen; John Lyons, Esq.; and MacLeod & McGinness. For a complete list of references, contact us at (941) 951-1336.
